A-not - too weak dollar is good for USA economy more export less import more job less unemployment more income to the low-class more balance of international payment less deficit. Think about it. As a trader, always position yourself toward where the pendulum swings.

Monetary conditions combine both the exchange rate and the short term interest rate. Yes, the USD has managed to increase while short term interest rates are barely any higher than at the bottom. Why should that be? Answer is that the economy has improved but not enough to threaten fresh inflation. Inexorably, but slowly, the US economy is heading towards full employment, and is leading the developed world in this respect. So the best bet is bullishness for USD with episodes of bearishness when further expansion seems at risk. Trump policies so far add up to zero effect on US economic structure. At the margin more and more sanctions are acting as a drag on world growth and therefore US potential growth. So USD is vulnerable to countries/regions that are getting their act together while USA is not.

Wait for Just 2 to 3 weeks ,,US Dollar will shoot upwards ..US DXY (Dollar Index ) will be back from 90.50 to 109.50 ...Trump Government already failed to keep the $$ weaker ,, Trump himself is just 6 Senator Votes away for impeachment ....Have a Nice Day .
