North Korea cannot even build its own car. It will never develop a nuke of any capability and the idea that it could hit Mars with anything besides a laser pointer, is pure fantasy. The 'threat' of North Korea is propaganda useful to the military and political industries that depend on continued conflicts. The only way you'll be endangered by North Korea is if you go as a tourist and steal a hotel banner.
