It is high time for Parents to know that their Children don't need their money but their WEALTH. Hence, Parents should learn to transfer their wealth, and not just their money, to their Children. Because, Wealth is the ability to fully experience life; while Money is just but a minute part of Wealth! Parents should get this into their brains... it is all about WEALTH TRANSFER and not Money Transfer!

I don't disagree with GR, the only point I would make is that ,if he has brought them up on all the trappings that he and his wife have been rightly so enjoying , and then depriving them later on, this could do quite a lot of harm also, is GR going to ween them off the wealthy environment they have enjoyed with thier parents ?
When a person says something like this, they're implicitly saying they are failures as parents.

It is far better not only to have handled wealth and success as a business person but to have successfully raised children that could step into your shoes, continue from where you are and go on to be even greater.
This looks like a puff piece for GR saying , "Err , look at me I'm Rich", good for you fella, the rest of us keep it a bit quiet (thats a good bit of advice ...Free)

The interview is to publicise his new television series. He comes from a humble background. He makes good food and sets high standards. He earns a lot of money by working hard. He is trying to instil the same work ethic into his children.

Work ethic is one thing and having luck making a lot of money is totally different. There is a huge amount of people with this ethic and even more immaculate ethic but they dont make this massive amount of money... So stupid decision, and rich people make stupid ones too....
Thisi is a huge challenge that ramsey dont accept, teach ethic to his son and giving the money... Maybe because his ethic depends on the money... Just saying...
why not just give it to me so that i can use it to trade......not much $10k.... i thing its enough. hahahaaa
