    At the Bronx Citibank branch leading the city in heists this year, robbery is so routine that sometimes customers don’t notice. Don Jenkins was fiddling with his mobile phone on May 17 when the Citibank at 3955 Baychester Ave. in Wakefield was hit for the third time in 2016. The teller tried to get his attention. “She was looking at me, trying to tell me something . . . Like, ‘You see what’s going on?’ ” he said. But Jenkins admitted he had no clue. “I was oblivious,” he said. “I was either flirting with somebody or on my phone checking Facebook . . . I don’t know what she expected me to do.” ... This is a perfect example of how mobile phones are a distraction to what is happening in the real world. Heads up, stay focused!

US thinks it's the sole global hegemon and they can do anything. Just look at the past 1 decade and how it tried to contain China and probably blowing up pretty bad in Scs.

But still trying to use Japan, Vietnam and phillipines and Australia and NZ in the strategy to contain china which likely is getting all twisted. India is the next lackey for US to be used to fight China.

Let's see when the PCA decision comes out on Scs. But that PCA being an arbitration issues and only phillipines and third party ie PCA and second party ie china being not interested in arbitration, how the whole drama can carry any weight, even if Western media try to proray rule of law or UNCLOS. Arbitration requires consent from both parties in dispute and then only ask third parties intervention.

Gotta be more vigilant! That's all. The days when Cowboys would bust into the windy town's bank are not over. What they need is a duress switch located below the counter, this would then signal the security guard, who then locks the front door, calls cops, etc. Gotta be a step ahead of the thief!
How is it possible not to notice bank robbery but how robbers did't notice that man... were they checking their facebooks too?
