Morgan Stanley Top 10 FX Trades For 2016

Morgan Stanley is out with its 2016 FX outlook and top 10 trades. The following are the key points in MS' outlook along with the list of its top 10 trades and their related rationales. FX outlook: The Framework: "The JPY should join the USD in outperforming relative to its G10 peers and most of EM, in our view. Repatriation flows have pushed USD higher, as EM portfolio outflows have led to EM weakness. Going forward, deleveraging-related EM outflows should allow a bigger degree of differentiation. interesting I certainly agree on the commodity currencies being on the offer, especially CAD USDCAD I think will hit 1.4 in the next quarter.

I'm all agree with shorting CHF ... though I wouldn't be surprise if SNB start a QE program , that would be perfect , even though check out monthly on USDCHF , swissy is on the floor if it's start to stay above 1.0000 then the next traget(s) would be 1.1-1.20 ...

I said "this week-end", and Aud was the best performer. Do you even read their article (not mentioning their reports, which happen to require a hefty paid subscription ), or just brag about your formidable and outstanding past success?
