    The chances of Greece leaving the euro area are now 50-50 and the country could go “down the drain,” billionaire investor George Soros said. “It’s now a lose-lose game and the best that can happen is actually muddling through,” Soros, 84, said in a Bloomberg Television interview due to air Tuesday. “Greece is a long-festering problem that was mishandled from the beginning by all parties.” Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras’s government needs to persuade its creditors to sign off on a package of economic measures to free up long-withheld aid payments that will keep the country afloat. Where has gone all the money that has been poured into Greece?

Where is it?
Who has it?
What is it being used for?
Is it being used for anything, or is it now in the hands of a few, that are hoarding?

That is a lot of money! It has to be someplace! Maybe an investigation is called for, because if it was in constant circulation in the economy of Greece, the economy would show it!

For sure not in Greece. When Greek politicians got bribed to close several deals, who was their supplier? Who sold them military, medical or other equipment? Do you know of any Greek multinational corporate?

All the money has gone to the banks (GS and consorts) who bought the greek government bonds for 10+%, which has accumulated all the greek debt and all money which is said to be paid to greek government, has been in fact paid to the banks to cover the debt, and only to cover this debt. Almost no money at alll went to the greek government.

There where is big debt, you can almost always tell that the big banks and corporations(insurance companies) are sucking the blood of these countries.

According to a recent source, 93% of the two bailout funds (of 2010 and 2012) have repaid pre-existing Greek debt held by investors - investors like Goldman Sachs, who enjoy the unique privilege to invest without undertaking risk.
