At least, the European integration is working as most qualified Spaniards emigrate elsewhere in Europe.

From my point, news like this maybe useful for long term evaluation of economics, but for short term trading, price action is king! And when news are against order flow, it often be overpowered.
Winning can be extremely dangerous when you are not well prepared.

The news are important only because they increase volatility, but not suitable to forecast the direction of the market.

I have always assumed that big firms and banks already have modeled out and predicted the fundementals beforehand, so the market is likely to react the opposite direction to news half the time...

I mean, look at stocks... They collect satellite data on the parking lots of wal-mart, target, and similar stores to get and estimate of earnings before they come out... LoL!

Ignore all the data... Except for surprise central bank announcements. It's all efficiently priced into the pattern already.

If you don't get an immediate reaction that is in line with the result of a news story, better stay away if you're going to stick with that bias.

Anyone stepping in front of this freight train buying EUR right now is a little bonkers...

I am looking at possibly doing some euro longs tonight, but waiting for longs to capitulate or a uptrend to start.

Gotta be careful with euro longs this week because we got a bit of a downtrend picking up steam on the daily. I don't really see us breaking toward 1.1050-1.1 on the EUR until the jobs report, but you never know...

Saeeed, even if everyone currently active on ForexFactory (Not just those reading this) started buying EUR hand over fist, it wouldn't put enough demand on the EUR to raise it more than the spread... LoL!

Well, that was rather uneventful... Expected a real capitulation on the low break and pop under 1.1175...

Too quiet...

I may not get a EUR long setup tonight... Without a serious panic of the long side, I just don't see much upside potential for a EUR trade.

If I was to recommend anything... It would be to take some profits on your shorts if your daytrading...

The EUR may pop to clear short positions toward US open.
