    The U.S. economy will be operating at “full employment” by the end of this year as the unemployment rate drops to 5%, said John Williams, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, on Sunday. Mr. Williams was quite upbeat about the U.S. economic outlook in an interview with Fox News Channel, echoing remarks made to The Wall Street Journal Thursday. America has become a deindustrialized nation and many companies have relocated to other countries or outsourced service style jobs to foreign countries and I think that has more to do with it then the things you mentioned above.
To a US citizen this is false and the jobless rate is still very high because the figures for counting the jobless are fudged. But to the trader this means Dollar strength.

williams is a central banker and in case you haven't heard central bankers cannot be trusted.
