Technicals look bearish for the dollar.

If GS is right the worst maybe a sideways market for a while, at best I'd like to see the dollar move south for a while. I'm gearing up to short longer term(monthly) USD.
Whether USD strengthens or not, whether any strengthening is continuous or not, it all does not make any difference to a trader.

Traders trade what the market gives them when the market gives the trader the right trading opportunity - up or down - under any and all circumstances.

The USD could be on a bull tear, but the market can still give repeated opportunities to the trader to profit on bear swings.

Really, such "pronouncements", embedded in or even the primary topic of the increasingly worthless writings we traders are exposed to, can encourage traders to form a bias that works to hinder their adept performance.
If GS told me it was 2pm in the afternoon I would still check my watch, I wouldn't trust them with a dead match stick

The dollar index future just keeps on ripping through the sky. Hopefully it's time for another breather on the usd/jpy like dec5th - dec15 was.
