Have positive thoughts, without a methodical plan, ever been a recipe for success?

It is great to have confidence about the future, but without a solid method to achieve success, all is for naught. This feels more like a practice of a "Let's just wait and see what happens" approach, than an actual means to aid in growth and stability. This incompetence of leadership and policies, or the lack thereof, could cause more of an economical drag for a longer period of time than anyone originally imagined. It's almost like Draghi sees a light at the end of the tunnel, but fails to notice it's an oncoming train.

Mario Draghi always wanted a weak Euro and he has it now.(Like all Central Bank Heads) He always talked about Euro being overvalued. The question is how much lower does he want the Euro at???

super mario is a super trader don't you worry , i've heard him say in public ''come on who is going to support the Euro''. The eurusd shot up 400 pips in 2 weeks 20/01 2013 only to reverse 900 pips to the downside, sound familiar to what you may have seen in the forex markets? the political play finished a nice A B C PATTERN on the weekly. I certainly believe everything Super Mario says is to actually boost liquidity in the Euro to be inline with macroeconomics

I don't know how low he wants it, but I wish it would dig a hole and bury itself. I hope to vacation in Europe for Christmas.

Interpretation - The Titanic has hit an iceberg, is taking on water, and listing 20% portside. She could go at any moment. But I am much more hopeful.

Well, When I lived in Germany, right before the Euro came to be, there was a lot of concern having that many countries sharing the same currency. It's like sharing a home with 20 other people. Some will work, some won't. Some will bum, some won't. Some may even steal from others. That is the same thing they face now, as the decisions of a couple bad leaders can wreck the whole system, yet the producing countries can't legislate how the leaches conduct their business. Literally the good suffer from the actions of the irresponsible. Greece, Italy, and Portugal are like bad room mates, but what can the union do about it? Continue to bail them out? Who should pay for that? It's a mess, and the only way to fix it, is to disperse the union, and let each country fend for them self.

No. Germany is an exporting country so it has some advantages out of a weak Euro, because for the buyers the foreign countrys its cheaper to buy stuff from germany.
