Dont get me wrong, I feel bad for the people living in potential areas where this typhoon could strike, but review "impact" on news like this... typhoons are nothing new there. Besides it was never forecasted in the first place that while it was a super typhoon 3+, it would actually hit Tokyo.

Typhoon Neoguri weakened as it moved north into the East China Sea, skirting Japan’s Okinawa Prefecture, grounding flights and forcing some residents to flee for emergency shelters.
