You gave short term entry/exit points, what about for longer term?
Longer term, could go short now and should do fine if can hold on for a year or two, should have at least one serious power dive to 1.2 something

doubt you'll have to wait that long - unless SRM fixed bank stress tests will have to be made into another PR exercise with low standards and that may spark concern, though higher likelihood of trouble is in May if, as expected, EU Parliament elections bring much stronger anti-integration block, which will be death knell for EUR

if you're risk averse, need to see if EURUSD can get over 1.37 resistance as a decisive move higher could bring a short squeeze that pushes it higher still. If so, wait for that move to finish, and assuming no huge bullish EUR fundamentals (haven't seen those in some time, just minor ones). Recent history has reward shorts entries over 1.4 -1.45 without needing to wait long
I thought the German court basically passed on the whole question, no?
They asked the EU's top court to clarify some things, also said German court can't rule on what's legal for EU but can darn well decide what's legal for Germany and was quite clear that the OMT as it stands is illegal in Germany. NB the Bundesbank also opposes OMT, so with the top financial and legal institutions in Germany saying the OMT isn't kosher, it's hard to see Germany funding it or anything like it.
Other funding nations like Finland and Holland may join in this view, if for no other reason than to dodge paying for others' problems.
