Market is a little crazy at the moment, the Aud/Usd is now rebounding up and .8897 was totally rejected for the second time today.

Now the 38.2 retracement level has been rejected.

Never a good idea to chase prices!!!

Taper pierdaper !

The real economy will come and bite everyone asses - aside from big boys banks and hedge funds who are having a loud lough reading posts on various trading forums but FF I think is their read of the day.
Low life or pond life (as this doped and sickly reach bastards call retail traders and anyone who has not sitting on pillows of cash) meantime is trying to make a sense of of shit being peddled by reuters and bloombers.
Retail pond life struggling to make a sense from what they can see donates money to brokers and bucket shops. Is the same as horse racing - game is kept by well informed and in the making. Stop delusions of grandiosity and either trade some mechanical system keeping the set of rules or go and do something which will make you money, give your private and family life back and stop getting into gambling addiction.
Howgh !

You are bordering on being 80% correct. Yet there are those that don't and use the forum to pass time and market talk when especially position trading. Just need to know where to look. and now there is a new system.. seems you are reading the wrong or scalping only threads.

Personally I cannot stand posts with no reasoning that say buy EUR now! Or sell this that or the other.

Yet, if you feel you have some valuable insight why not start a new thread?

Read more news. Techs alone IMO are not enough to trade FX or Commodities successfully,
even if you read 100 headlines a day, you have done your own DYODD, also based of the economic calendar. News moves the market, with fundamentals, techs are there to trade when there is nothing else cooking, yet major levels always need be known and respected.
JUST IMO.... do as you feel is right for you.

Exactly.. FOMC is always important. Yet, it depends what's on the chopping block.

The tapering is / was already announced. That has been a MAJOR one for a while.

Wait for NFP for a nice release to trade! Good luck all.

News like this is to wishy washy to be trading, its better to trade news that is more obvious something like a jobs report where 250,000 jobs were created up from 100,000 or an interest rate hike from 2% to 2.5%.

Today's unemployment claims might create some volatility in the market , however the Friday NFP release will give direction to the market.(USD pairs) Also the GBP news release today might give direction to pound movement. These are the best trading times.

1 thing you right I read this post to pass time and have some fun, I don't need to read trading systems in FF. If i wanted to lose my money I would rather do it different way. I don't follow trading system because they never work, trading system might work for 1 person and not for other, we are different people with different minds and characters. One trading system create by some1 else can't suite you. And about the positioning I know 3 months before to open my position, so I am prepared with plan and all the details and I follow it. And guess what - it works most of the time. AS one of my heroes G.Soros said -"It is not important how much you make form the market, what matters is when you lose- How much you lose? and When you win - How much you win? -
Happy trading and kind regards
