LOL they can't! They just want to blow smoke up people's asses that don't know anything about FX in an attempt to make themselves sound Like the "really" care!
I pulled up a handful of trade leaders and none of them were in the United States. There is no way in hell US clients will be able to use this service (not that I would), because any trade leader outside the US doesn't have the regulations like 50:1, FIFO, no hedging, besides the ridiculous spread widening Oanda US is known for.
Don't they insist they're part of that STP ECN bollox?
