They are just jawboning because they don't like the euro over 1.35. Too bad they will actually have to act in order to combat qe

There have been many occasions when his 'oration' has caused huge spikes and or swings, but for the most part his speeches are neutral in terms of overall affect. The ltro aspect is interesting given that the OMT programme hasn't started.
