There was talk that the ECB may cut rates, right now, this statement is good for EUR, but I have a feeling they're fluffing the market for something bad that could come out of the G20 meetings today.

This means that this dude thinks the current interest rate for the EUR is good. Draghi has been hinting at a rate cut which would devalue the EUR, and put more EUR on the market.

But people are coming out with statements and the market is reacting to each one.

Look to what happen last time. We hit 1.21 (i think,don't have the charts on right now) after the rate been cut, but then it started to rally. my prediction is 1.2900 first and then 1.3400 (this is my opinion,don't judge)

I am big seller 1.31 and over, pair will eat 1.30-27 gap
till the May ECB meeting but it will make retracement before break 30, 1.31 again by PMI datas.
Even me may am big seller 1 lot hhhhhh i think euro going now for q2 drop correction is comlpleted with nice pin
