Actually, I think FOMC will cause 1.3200....maybe higher. It doesn't matter what news has come out(good or bad), euro has rallied.
So why's the euro up again???

what do you expect from the FOMC Meeting? It will strenghten or weaken the usd?

Sad but true for those of us short, however its important to realise whats driving this - the market is currently completely consumed by the Yen, and its the Yen crosses that are driving most of the currencies higher, NOT USD weakness. As soon as the Yen tops out, and my pick is at the 101.4 confluence level, then expect a turnaround especially in the EUR & GBP.

At the current rate of progress, we could see this level this week.
