now we know why Draghi said ECB will not commit itself to any action in his speech after the last rate decision. they must be considering raising the interest rate, not cutting it. otherwise that euro piece of paper thing is going to 1.15

But weak eur is good for export. With eur going down like this ecb doesnt need to cut rate or doing expensive qe.
