Yes bill, we all realise this (traders, politicans and central bankers alike). The common currency dream lives, however execution and reality is dead.
Time is simply being sought whilst the T&C's for an EU member exit (Grexit, Spanexit or otherwise) are finalised and approved.

may be naveen he need to explain why us residents want weak dollar in their pockets as They are heading towards christmas season. And Euro zone residents dont have any money to spend this christmas ...........Hope euro spikes and they get good return of their investments

Because both continents need economic growth.
They can't afford to borrow and stimulate their economies that way because they already have too much debt
