    From forexcrunch.com

Euro/dollar suffered from another weak week, falling to levels last seen in over 2 years. While euro-zone finance ministers did make some progress in providing aid for Spain, there is still much to be desired. Legal issues in Germany could delay the usage of bailout funds forever. Spain showed everyone that the bank bailout doesn’t really skip the sovereign, and announced a huge austerity program. However, ... (full story)

For me, it seems more logical to trade this pair being bearish on the resistance, because the supports are falling all! Because we no longer have Friday the 13th this year.

Interesting and clearly like so many other fables of trading an intrinsic part of the average trader's psychology ensuring some effect regardless of whether it has a rational basis. Regardless, it would appear that 1.21620 is an important trough and conservatively 1.24069 is now in sight. Of course given the battering of the unit of late many will be slow on uptake - but as always there is trend and there is phase. Sometimes trading the phase (especially if unsure of the trend) pays. Seems like it is incontrovertible that the phase (irrespective of trend) is up (corrective or not).

Oh please... everybody knows there is no such thing as "something strange happens without understand why". It is well known in the financial markets that hedge fund manager Jason Voorhees of Crystal Lake Funds loves to do a killing on Friday the 13th which makes people nervous on that particular day.

Nothing was wrong with Friday now, trend is falling quite long time, as Loadedgun said as well 1.2160 is historical potential support, plus trend line resistance was very close to the support and Friday did its work EUR/USD could not go below important support and it broke it falling trend line channel, if you could have been quick enough you could have taken nice quick profit on break out(or you had chance to close shorts on break out and save your money), so I don't see anything strange here, current bounce can take EUR/USD to 1.2400. sorry for my english. Good luck

I just recently started trading but I follow follow the tide and analysis ténica.Eu not walk looking for 10 pips. What had opened below the current share price already closed, for my "poor" analysis 1.2360 seems to me the next level

EUR/USD closed at 1.2407 on Friday. Go short on rallies for genuine peace of mind. Good Luck!!!
