Being as rich and free of debt as we are, we'll never become the USSR.
Let's put all of the taxes on the poor, transfer our money to offshore accounts, and stay forever rich, just like Greece!

Dear Lietuve, the rich are also those who spent the last 40 years of their adult life creating a USD 10+ Mil business, and creating 20 jobs.

I feel disgusted as this communistic "all rich are corrupt, blood-sucking billionnaires with stolen money hoarded offshore" kinda mentality! These anti-rich are welcome to move to China/USSR.
well, if we see how last recession started ..maybe they r saying: if u r going to use goverment resources in the future, u ll have to pay more taxes now. I generelly dont like the idea of more taxing succesfull ones, but i surely dont like ''to big to fail'' ..who are geting richer because they know someone will bail them out.

Christie is doing his part trying to keep the government afloat by contributing "heavily" with the NJ restaurant and food tax. Maybe we should have a tax based on our body weight. That would shut him up i am sure. Well probably not but it's worth a try. Just because you make a lot of noise and get into peoples faces, doesn't mean you know what your talking about. It is typical Italian bravado though, just not very productive. Isn't Italy next on the economic chopping block?
Buffett got to walk the talk. Not doing so is like saying I support Obama but my vote will go to the republican.
If you read his biography, Buffet always refrained from paying capital tax gains by investing long term. Buffet now wants the government to tax the income of the rich because he is on his way to retirement, and thus preserving his rank in Forbes List. He is still in 3rd place with those 40billions. I say he just loves the limelight and he hopes people remember him when he dies
Geez, stop kissing Buffets arse, besides, he could do much better things with his wealth then what he does at the moment.
And for Christie, he also deserves his 15 min. fame and at least he has a opinion and is not scared to express it. just my 2 cents.
No one here is "anti-rich", but those who have benefited the most should pay their fair share.
