    This weekend’s carefully calibrated Israeli retaliatory strike at Iranian military targets could lower the risk of an all-out Middle East war - for now - particularly if Iran decides not to respond. The Iranian military said as much by suggesting in a statement that Iran reserved the right to defend itself but may not respond to the attack if Israel agreed to ceasefires in Gaza and Lebanon. The military said four soldiers were killed in the attack that targeted air defence systems and missile production sites on the outskirts of Tehran and in western Iran. Oil is set to enter the second phase of wave 3 (down) on the weekly chart. It's in for a huge fall long term; will go into overdrive when it drops below 72.00. Brent that is.
Gold is going to fly. Last year I predicted a gold price of $2500 and people were laughing; look where it stands now.
However, oil needs to close the overnight gap first.

If Trump wins this election I seel gold dropping almost $400. Maybe my wishful thinking. But I have got my shorts in at 2736 and will hold for it.

That would be incredible to witness considering Trump would never allow a positive real rate!! What's your reasoning?

If Trump wins, gold could come back down, but the long term trend is up. The monthly chart support this view and shows wave 3 run it's course and is due for a retraction.
