    Estimates for payrolled employees in the UK decreased by 35,000 (negative 0.1%) between July and August 2024, but rose by 165,000 (0.5%) between August 2023 and August 2024. When looking at June to August 2024 (comparable with our Labour Force Survey (LFS) estimates), payrolled employees rose by 3,000 (0.0%) over the quarter and by 203,000 (0.7%) over the year. The early estimate of payrolled employees for September 2024 decreased by 15,000 (0.0%) on the month but increased by 113,000 (0.4%) on the year, to 30.3 million. I would like to learn from you. In my Opinion, BOE played a better game to deal with the Inflation unlike other central banks. They're now in position to secure price stability and even Jobs with this report. Gradual rate decrease will help the economy if the foreseen geopolitical circumstances are well managed.

if you look at the indicators, US economy is performing way better as compare to other global economies. During the high risk environment like it is now a days USD is being bought as a safety currency so imho USD shall dominate in the near future.

Better job? Services inflation is at 5.2%. GDP growth is 5 times lower than US.
Will BOE cuts rate on october, after the weak payroll data ?

Hahahaha no way the only bank I can say dealt with inflation fairly well was the Swiss Bank.
