    Michelle Bowman, a governor on the Federal Reserve Board, became the first Fed official since 2005 to vote against the central bank’s interest rate decision when she dissented Wednesday against the Fed’s move to cut rates by 50 basis points. Bowman was the only Fed governor to break with the 11 other voting members who cast their ballots in favor of the Federal Reserve’s move to slash interest rates by half a percentage point. Could you kindly explain how a no-vote for 50 basis points, as Ms. Bowman preferred a quarter-point rate cut, would lead to "classic example of insider trading".

All this happens in the FED blackout period , and when the inflation PPI data was on the higher side, which points to 25 bps or less, none other than FED proxy could bet 800000 contracts , as some one suggest they are the most shady org in the world with no compliance or controls, They are not answerable to anybody ,

and today Powell in the Press conference had no proper reasoning for 50 bps
