Forex Deposits in the US Jump 10%, Reach Highest Levels in a Year
After two months of depreciation, retail Forex deposits in the US rebounded strongly, climbing to the highest levels in at least a year. Despite the summer season in the currency markets, there's no lack of volatility, encouraging traders to engage more capital in everyday transactions. According to the latest data from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) for June 2024, the total value of FX deposits in the US amounted to $557,549,710, growing by 1.8% compared to May's result.
