In the aggregate, Commerce Department indexes that the Fed relies on for inflation signals showed prices continuing to climb at a rate still considerably ahead of the central bank’s 2% annual goal, according to separate reports this week. Ok i missed a few reports, but wasn’t it mostly due rise in oil costs and the increased spending of the government?
Also we have higher freight prices.

I mean if we throw those off we in a pretty good seat right? maybe overturn a few regulations and let business get going again.

Loosed financial/economic policies from fed is the cause of mixed data report n mixed data report is the cause why economic scientists couldn't predict the real time of interest rate cuting. The interest rate bench mark should be set between the lenders n the borrowers.As far as my imagination is concerned some super rich foes have some buddy in fed who re keeping inflation up there in other to favour them.
