Well, it certainly SHOULD! Otherwise, the pressures from the FED aren't enough and talks of hikes are going to reenter the picture en mass. Excessively low unemployment isn't all it's cracked up to be. Competition to GET a job dries up and salaries are pushed way up. The comes the higher cost of goods to support those salaries...and then people complain about inflation. Can't have it both ways. Hence the "balance" that economists strive to achieve.
