  • AUD/USD Prediction: Australian Dollar Tipped At 0.72 Vs US Dollar By End-2023 Say HSBC

    From exchangerates.org.uk

Economists at HSBC have revised lower their forecast for the Australian Dollar (AUD) against the US Dollar (USD). The bank's year-end forecast for AUD/USD is now 0.72, "reflecting a more moderate upside despite improved risk sentiment." The current AUD/USD exchange rate, for reference, is 0.6641 and so this new forecast would mean an 8.41% rise in today's price. i find it laughable the government spending it as fast as it comes in state debt on Victoria is so high here that there is no answer except to push the tax buttons in the state and rip it off the people again and the interest payments alone takes all the taxes and then some then NSW is also in the same boat and Tasmania is broke i could keep going good luck with 72 cents for any length of time

U are been a bit doom and gloom on your thinking. the commodity boom is going to keep going till the end of this decade. Aussie $ going up 5 cents this year is easy as. world economy is going to boom in the next 5 years so commodities will skyrocket in price and push the aussie $ much higher to 90 cents plus in the next 5 years. The charts are predicting this to happen. Aussie $ has building a reverse head and shoulder basing pattern for the last 8 years. remember when the majority is bearish it is time to be bullish. This decade will be bullish before next decade is bearish when interest rates get too high and cause problems. Based on the cycle we have this decade left with low interest rates before things get bad - this decade is the roaring 20's - yes it is playing out like the 1920's with the spanish flu in 1918 and roaring 1920's after it. history repeats over and over again

U can be doom and gloom BUT u will be wrong bigtime 2030 onwards is the time to be bearish when interest rates go to 7% plus with 20% by 2040's - 2020's interest rates will stay low so will be a bullish time

Australia will continue to be the lucky country. Many people have wrote off Australia for the last 50 years and been wrong bigtime. Things are much worse in the US. the US will be on the verge of civil war caused by the Dems and their woke rubbish by the end of this decade if not sooner which is another reason why the aussie $ will go up. Charts don't lie but our brains make up stories and excuses and humans are led astray by negativity very easy
