So if it going to be weak, and negative growth, then it should should be down.

The normal, buy rumour sell fact cliche, probably there was a tip a declaration is coming, let us quickly take it and also sell from top

Why its going to up eurusd if eur may be to weak? It should go down.

My take...
Growth decreases but he said it takes an even lower growth numbers for inflation to return to goal. To step on the breaks in order to low the growth/inflation more, the ECB need to rise the rates over. Now, you know that EUR reacts to rates rather than the economic outlook. If higher rates expected, then the EUR is supposed stronger.
So EUR/USD is up, guys.
