In August 2022, output increased in the manufacturing industry (+2.7% after -1.6%), as well as in the whole industry (+2.4% after -1.6%). In August 2022, output recovered in the “other manufacturing” industries (+2.4% after -1.6%). It bounced back in the manufacture of transport equipment (+6.9% after -2.5%), with a strong increase in the manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers (+15.6% after stability). Output also picked up in the manufacture of machinery and equipment goods (+3.3% after -2.3%) and in mining and quarrying, energy, water supply (+1.2% after -1.5%). It went up again in the ...
