"Sold S.T.C"!! 1 month later "For Sale" = In January I raised a mortgage of £1m at X Interest rate.... Today the Bank says "No" only £500k because Interest rates = X and you're affordablility is halved !!

Global property collapsing , UK no exception, and the "My House is in a Hot Spot" argument never stacks up, last time property in UK was this overvalued (and it was way less overvalued than today) London W1 priced collapsed 80-90% .... ask yourself "is my area more desireable than London W1 ?" if "Yes" called Waddingtons and get them to change "Mayfair" and "Park lane" for your area on the Monopoly board
