  • Twitter reaches deal to sell to Elon Musk for about $44 billion

    From npr.org

Twitter has struck a deal with Elon Musk, handing the world's richest man control of a social network that has far-reaching influence on politics and society. Musk will pay about $44 billion, or $54.20 a share, to take the social media company private, according to an announcement from Twitter. The agreement comes less than two weeks after Musk offered to buy Twitter, sending the company's board and management into crisis mode as they scrambled to figure out whether Musk was serious and whether his offer fairly valued the company. Musk has vowed to "unlock" Twitter's potential by loosening what he sees as unfair ... (full story)

Let the liberal meltdown begin. If Musk is true to his words, information warfare just got interesting.

Great news for the liberals; they will demand government regulations (a few days ago Obama has already directed puppet biden to impose censorship in social media for what they consider to be "misinformation"),
The good news for the libs: they will finally get for real the authoritarian government they are all dreaming about.

Interesting lack of details, mostly across all media plattforms. Does that mean the board of Twitter decided to expropriate share owners? I see trouble ahead.
Musk is a giant in technological innovation and commercialization.
However he has no skills Ive seen in managing social engineering.
On the contrary its appears that his technological genius comes at a cost to his social judgement.
We'll see. But I have a hunch there's a high possibility this is a cluster fk in the making.
