Not taking sides, but as a comment based on the reality of the situation, would expect Mr Putin to still be in power long after Mr Biden has gone. (And if they were both replaced tomorrow, what would change?)
I am pretty sure at least 90% of the world agrees with Biden. It is a question of how to knock him off power. NK's Kim is hiding behind his regime and his nukes and so will Putin. So, good luck.

Biden´s call for regime change in Russia is a mistake, just like his statement that the US will respond in kind if Russia uses chemical weapons. Hopefully, the US gov´t or NATO will quickly "clarify" the West´s position on these matters.
Perhaps the Whitehouse could find a way to allow 'sleepy joe ' to only mime to the camera whilst a wideawake and alert staffer could voice sensible and helpful comments on the political stage.
