This is a bluff...especially with such a specific day..in a conflict of war if I find out information from my enemy I would not tell...I would wait and be prepared to respond. This will only make gold and oil go up.
Well, this kind of "BREAKING" news is even funny anymore. Good old gullible market and constituency manipulation at it's finest.

There will be no war. Todays conversation of the German chancellor in Ukraine was good. Tomorrow he is in Russia. The Russian foreign minister spoke today about diplomacy. Yes - there is a risk but after today I think one more time there is no war…. This would be too expensive for Russia in all….
