Boris Johnson should be taken to Marble Arch and deposed of like the common criminal he is. Wrecked the UK with his inability and ignorance to effectively lead a country. Then you see Blair get a "Sir" title for entering a war with no proof and watching young men and women give their lives so he and his cohorts can profit.

The rot has got to stop, remove these people from office, they just create misery for the masses.

Its not pleasant watching this ever so slow train wreck of a country fall apart. Certainly in recent months true colours have been revealed and the emporer is indeed not wearing any clothes. To get rid of the useless but entrenched system is impossible.
To sweep in a completely new system of ideas and people (reform) is fantasy and it would be chaotic, mistake ridden and nye on impossible.
The two options are for the existing governance (i care not which now red or blue) is either to alter their ways. Or more likely a sustained continuation of the above headlines.
What likely will happen as a result, your workforce, or in more accurate terms the more productive peasants, will find that there are other countries on this planet with better opportunities than that on offer in the UK.
If I'm talking fantasy ask Greece one of the unfortunate side effects of the CONTINUED depression there the talent just vanished...........

They wanted to get rid of Johnny Foreigner and the immense opportunities of great business arrangements with Australia and the US. All these turned golden ducks instead of golden gooses.
Bad decision, lack of foresight.

In the UK we vote in the elite as we have done for centuries. Politicians should be selected on ability just like any other job. If you go for an interview you have to show you can do the job you are applying for. Your ability is shown by your historical record. Politicians get the job because they "talk" their way in, they have no ability or experience nor do they understand how their policies will affect the system.

Advisors are often given jobs simply because they are mates of the people in power. To run a country you should show a ability and be subject to evaluation on those abilities. Talking is not enough.

It's called democracy, the alternative is unfortunately much worse! Occasionally though we are saddled with an idiot as PM, but they're usually kept in check by parliament. This time though the PM has a massive majority because of Brexit and an incompetent opposition. So the PM's own back-benchers are acting as the opposition, a recipe for more imcompotense and cronyism. On we go.......
As we now have also lost the EU to keep the UK government in check, now is the time to have a form of PR on elections. Ain't gonna happen in my time though...
