That's a meaningless statement, because we don't know his actual gross income!

I doubt his income is over $11bn. His wealth maybe. 2 different things.

He will need to pay income tax on the shares that were vested to him and capital gains tax on any shares he sold, and he sold a lot in the last month or two.
