Don't know where stats gets their prices from - are they living in fantasy land or are they deliberately cooking the books?

ouse prices went up over 30% year on year.... poor uneducated are thinking the party will never end and are going head over heels into deebt to buy the next fancy large car, house, tv without realising that one day they have to pay back the principla and one day interst will go up. It will only end in tears.

With due respect to all (who might have a different viewpoint).
