The big picture: Dominion alleges that Powell acted "in concert with allies and media outlets determined to promote a false preconceived narrative about the 2020 election—caused unprecedented harm." If those accusations by Powell were made about my company's technology, and the accusations were false, I would definitely be suing her.

The old 'silence them through litigation' trick is a real problem in the US and hopefully will backfire on Dominion. The fact of voter fraud with electronic voting machines has been raised again and again by computer software and hardware engineers since their introduction under W. Here in New Zealand we have paper ballots and extremely low levels of voter fraud which is easily detectable and results in a handful of prosecutions every election cycle.

Its easy to verify if any software is cheating by manually counting the votes and this was done in the disputed states votes, so I'd say she is not going to win this one.

I hope she has disposed off her assets or have them protected in some way because her business liability insurance might not pay.

That is not true. Those states just ran the ballots through the machines again. There was no signature verification. The entire thing was a fraud.

The allegations of systemic voter fraud in the recent US elections has been roundly debunkled by state regulators, by federal cybersecurity authorities, by DHS, by the Courts and by everyone except those for whom this false narrative serves/ed. It really serves no purpose to resurrect it again.
But, for those genuinely interested in a nonpartisan sense, particularly at the extent of the mythology and the scale of the misinformation out there , this analysis by an internationally reputable Law Firm may be of interest.

The article that you linked was written in May 2020 before the elections even happened. There has been numerous counts of fraud from local level to the legislative level over the years. Don't make it seem like it can never happen that's just being naïve and gullible. I too can find articles all over the internet to back my claims as the internet is full of confirmation bias

It takes 5 minutes of digging to uncover the caliber of the 'experts' doing the debunking. I wouldn't trust them or their 'facts' as far as I could throw them. However in business, medicine etc..ie the more serious aspects of life.. we all relay on Informed Opinion.
On rational analysis, on probability and risk management..
I find it incredible that a site supposedly frequented by "Retail Traders" ( Aka.. Any clown with a couple of hundred/thousand bucks to gamble on a get-Rich-Quik scheme) is populated by so many folk that have no concept of Risk Analysis or how to differentiate between their own delusions and how this really are.

The issue of systemic fraud and "vote stealing" fraud has been brought in almost 60 cases before US Courts where EVIDENCE not Blah Blah is what cuts it.. and all failed.
