I disagree on two fronts.

Firstly he has delivered Brexit, the UK has a lower unemployment rate than most countries on the continent and the handling of the COVID crisis is not that bad - the density of our population has caused a lot of issues as we are an overpopulated island with the majority based in the South East.

Secondly It is quite clear that Biden has the early onset of dementia, so even with the departure of Trump, Biden goes straight to number one on the basis of his cognitive state.

Macron is certainly a candidate and he can't blame dementia.

If that proves to be correct (and not more fake news) then the proof of fraud would need to be proved beyond a reasonable dout IMHO,
and if that proves to be correct, then that could be seen as very real problem in the future for the USA.
