"[Prime Minister Mateusz] Morawiecki may go down in history like [British Prime Minister David] Cameron, who perhaps unintentionally started the Brexit process, and likewise Morawiecki, by vetoing the budget, may start the Polexit process," Borys Budka, leader of Civic Platform (PO), the main opposition party, told lawmakers last week in Warsaw. Some hope so. since Polexit would save the EU budget more than Brexit has allegedly deprived it of..

Just populism.
According to an article in the FT, more Poles are in favour of the EU now (80%) than they were when they joined (78%). Polexit is very unlikely. However, I do think it would be a better outcome for the EU if Poland left!
Happy to see them gone in addition to Hungary
You can't blame them ,because EU is trying to change the rules of funding with conditions.
This is how it achieves supreme power over its members .Its a long game.

Good. If the EU has a moderating influence against the return of fascism to Europe that will be a huge contribution to the continuing peace we have all enjoyed since 1945.

So just like all EU politicians...or are you so brainwashed by the media like Ross over here, who thinks other politicians are any better?

The only difference is, in Hungary politicians steal from taxes high as 20-30% and in Germany or France, they steal from taxes as high as 50-70%.

Its not the same because our president is stealing from the Eu taxpayers sent to the country no questions asked by the Eu till now He built a "beautiful " soccer stadium in his garden

Yeah, I know about that one. He is even dumb enough to spend the money publicly, while politicians from the West are smart enough to hide it in Dubai, Panama or Hong Kong(not anymore, I guess).

Both the EU and Poland/Hungary are corrupt. One wants to form the EUSSR, the others want an oligarchy.

No I didn't know , surely the people can stand up ?
anyway the whole system is open to huge corruption,
it's not really my problem being in the Uk.
on the face of it though the reasoning may be right the end result is later power is shifted.
