Legal advice contained in a three–page letter marked “official – sensitive”, seen by the Guardian, summarises the legal opinions of the government’s three law officers, whose role includes ensuring ministers act in accordance with the law. UK's rapidly growing reputation as not reliable in international agreements can only be removed by substituting the PM at this point. GBP will continue to dive.

Possession is always 9/10's the Law. As Johnson happens to be prime minister over a sovereign UK fairly big hurdle to overcome especially as he has a majority to vote along with him.

EU is making a lot of noise because they are right. Its a principal involved her. Pm think he can do what he likes, whether it is right or wrong. He is ruining the reputation of UK in the world....................

Agreed with your statement.
EU will always try to push their narrative but at the same time I don't rly trust the News Outlets that push their narrative for the sake of views and clicks.
Bottom line is that: yes Johnson might came in aggressive and that might hurt the GBP on the short run but EUR is already hyper inflated because of 10 years of QE.
