All these first vaccines have a higher % of causing harm to people. Regardless which country or company makes them first.
What are the side effects in 1,2,3 -5 years? You will only know once that time passes.
Do a quick research on how many vaccines were botched, and altered as time went on due to side effects, and how many were pulled quietly from the market.

Don't forget I am Legend was based on a virus in the form of a vaccine to cure cancer in that case caused side effects much later to create a global apocalypse. That's what happened after rushing the vaccine through.
