I guess limitless risk trading like everything else
in trading works until it doesn't,well done this time.

Yes I was lucky.

To call it anything else is reckless and account deadly.

Looking ahead.
For a quick trade.
On a bounce I have a Sell Limit at:
84.~
85.~

On further declines I am watching to go long:
My chart below is me watching for a bullish RSI divergence on the 4h.
80.5

Right, lets have another look at this pair.
First a weekly chart,can't get a close below 83.50
or above 84.70.
Then going on to a daily chart the bid looks to be rising,
we might even get a pin on the close tonight, think i will be looking to buy soon, although this time i will be looking to move my stop to B.E much faster, both times i got run over i had good profits but didn't move my stop up.

Im not liking this pair currently.

The Oz is weak and could see further weakness if there is a rate cut. (maybe its priced in, maybe it isn't. I'll pass for now)
The Yen could weaken with more speculation of BOJ easing.

I only like long Aussie against the Swiss Franc currently.
Like to short Aussie vs Canadollar or Pound

Still looking to go long for a bounce on 80 and round numbers lower

Rejection from the low on the lower band and possible bullish butterfly?

Trying to scale in small long positions.

RBA statement threw aud/jpy for a loop! Waiting for Aussie close before signals to settle and show the trend.

Just started watching this pair. Appears to be very nice for long term trades, good movement and less volatility.

Short from 79.122, TP 77.480, but may adjust depending on movement.

Any tips from those who have experience with this pair.

Just my 2c here.
Since you have gone short on this pair keep your ears peeled for what BoJ (Azumi) will do re the yen, ie Intervention, money printing etc.
Theres speculation & talk about it but not much action.
Also as its a safe haven beware when the market gets some confidence back. I wouldnt expect too much confidence till after the Greek elections.

Is there a bullish engulfing candle possibly forming on the weekly, along with what might be price rejection from the 74 area? How about an inverse H+S on the weekly, left shoulder rejection from 74, head rejection from 72, right shoulder rejection from 74? Weekly looks to be in a flat channel,, 72 low and 90 high, if that continues currently we are near the bottom of that range.

we made the first higher low since april... a break above 79.72 or 80 should free the way to more upside

a break below 76.66 could lead to a restest of the lows, probably forming a double bottom

I'm watching this level also. Charts are showing possible price rejection on H4 and H1, but that engulfing candle on the weekly is strong. Might be worth a short term short to 77.700 level if conformation shows up

Nice move up....wonder if we will keep playing the range and head back up towards high 80s? I am waiting for a pullback to reanalyze and then (hopefully) jump in long....go the aussie!
