11/5/12 update.
I've Added Spacytrader's EA to the thread as it is a great tool for the system. It gives us Pin point entry's for our trades. Careful with the risk. The EA will trade very close to how the system was intended to be traded.

Settings
Make sure all of these are set 0 in the EA settings.

Hi everyone,

I'm back! This will be my last thread on FF.

I've recently stumbled across the creation of this system. I want to share this because I think my system could help many traders. It's really easy to trade with. You can modify it to your needs but not to much. I'm having success with this system. I feel that it doesn't make any sense to mess with something that's working. I only take the best trades. That means maybe some days I don't even take trade at all! Dont' be irresponsible! Take only good trades!

Forex Factory Bio. Lol

I've started a few system threads...my most popular, (profit All Day) saw decent success with some traders. It's been almost 2 years since that thread was started. To those that are wondering if I still use that system, I do not at this time. I used it for 3 years with good success. Seems that my first year was the best then my monthly profit gradually diminished by my 3rd year. I still was profiting in my 3 year but not nearly as much as the first. I took a long break after this from May 2011 all the way to summer 2012.

Sept 2012 I discovered and created a system by accident and I have traded it LIVE for a month now. Not a long time but with my experience of 6 years I can tell that this is indeed a good system. Yes, you will have some bad days but any decent trader will tell you that.

I'm making it a point not change the indicator names. I think it should be known where they came from.

3% Risk Gives You Bliss System.

Benefits

Oct 2012 live results.

416 pips

49% profit on account. 20k has grown to to just under 28k this month. (I had some fees on my account.)

Only 3% risk per trade.

Non-repainting indicators

Trades on any pair. Pick your favorites

Typically has a 1-20 pip Stop Loss.

Profits range from 1-200 pips

Win/Loss Ratio is very good. Usually at least 1:1

Trade when you want.

allows for you to catch most of each large trend.

Easy to trade with

Rules.

I use the 15 minute time frame for these rules. The system works well on most time frames. Average Stop Loss and Take Profit levels change for every time frame.

Risk only 3% max per trade.
This is all the risk you really need to make money in the forex. 3% risk will save you when you have a bad day. Emotions will kick in if you use more then 3% and cause you to do drastic things if you have a bad day.

Trade first Hienken Ashi signal only after the trend change on the xpma. If the Hienken Ashi is already in trend when the xpma changes direction do not trade. Wait for the first signal on Hienken Ashi after xpma trend change! This is what I do. I receive less trades but I get a tight stop loss in return. Some of you will want to break this rule. Break it at your own risk.

Macd indicator is pretty much your standard macd but with an added ema cross. I ignore the cross. Macd is your trade exit indicator. Exit your trade when macd crosses 0. This indicates that trend is most likely ending. Trust this indicator. This is the best exit indicator I have found. If you know any better let me know.

Market hours indicator is to show you the sessions. I start trading at 8 am EST and am on call till about 5 or 6 pm. I just wait for an alert so I don't have to be at my desk all day.

All indicators have alerts on them. Mack sure to modify the macd one to only alert when it crosses 0.
Make sure and take a signal only have signal bar! Wait for bar to close before you enter the trade. Indicators do not repaint after bar close. Keep this in mind.

You can set you're on Take Profit levels. I'm sure if it's at least 1:1 you will still be profitable.

I will not have the time to respond to all questions but I will do the best I can.

Good luck!

Also, If anyone has any suggestions on how to squeeze out more profit in this system let it be known! Using set TP levels could be a good idea. I think I may try this next month to see if I can gain more pips. Getting up in the middle of the night to exit a trade is not always fun. lol.

I think it does fairly well. Most trending systems get torn apart in ranging markets. my worst days where a -20 pip loss and a -6 pip loss together. I had another day with a -12 pip loss and a -13 pip loss. I also had a few fantastic days with +100 pips.

This system really catches the market when it trends giving you 100+ pip gains and small profits or losses of 1-20 pips in between. I use 15 minute time frame and trade only US session.

Cubbybgood,I understand that you say "Trades on any pair. Pick your favorites"

But those 416 pips - are they EURUSD only or they came from several pairs?

Are these the results from Oct. 1 to Oct. 24 or from Oct. 1 until Oct. 25?

Thank you!

I was out of town the first week of oct. So the 416 pips is only about 3 weeks worth of trading.

I use... eurusd, gbpusd, usdjpy, usdchf, eurgbp, audusd, usdcad, eurjpy, gbpjpy

Cubbybgood, have you ever tried to exit when the price crosses the TMA's border? For M15 these are supposed to be TMA H1 and TMA H4.

I'm not sure whether you ever worked with TMA. Just in case, you can read about TMA indicator and download it here:

I will check out the thread. I changed the settings of the xpma to filter noise. This was one of the best indicators I found to do this.

I'd like you to explain more about your MM. I really don't understand how somebody can double an account in three weeks with just 416 pips, which is equal to only 27 pips per day on average. You were talking about 20K to 38K, right?

I understand your concern. Yes, I failed to mention that I'm running with an up to 20 pip Stop Loss. Basically I'm running my MM off a hard 20 pip SL. Most of the time my losing trades are 20 pips or less and that's why I use my MM like this.

20k account. 3% risk=$600 loss when I have a losing trade of 20 pips. If I lose less then 20 pips great!

I started trading with 3 standard lots.

I see. But 416 pips with 3.0 lot is equal to only 12.5K. You got 18K. What is your lot size right now, when the account is 38K?

P.S. Cubbybgood, you do know that I'm not trying to be annoying, don't you? I'm asking the questions because I'm interested in your new system and want to know all the details!

Then I have another question. You said you trade 9 pairs. And it is M15, so the trade can last several hours or even a day.

How many trades can you keep open at the same moment? Do you have some rule about that?

I'm not sure what you are asking about the SL. We wait for macd to cross 0. This is our exit signal.

I will not show proof because this is not what this thread is about. This thread is to give traders a chance to profit. I can only give guide lines to what I'm doing. Showing you a screenshot of my account or trades is completely useless not to mention, uncomfortable. I've done the work of sharing my system and now you have to do the work of seeing if it works for you as it has for me.

I do not have a rule about this. Most of the time I will not have more then 3 trades in at one time. I usually only have 1-2

well great tomorrow we Will use it As When we comes across via lower time frame like 15M then entry very precise but of course we need a tight Sl

About MACD Thats a good idea because as you mention 0 mean no trend flat so we have to be out

Are you gather pips from one pair or bunch of pairs

Please Add charts with more entries So we can follow you

of course you not need to show us but you know what when we saw something with strong logci we becomes passionate about that

As said in the first post. I trade from 8 am est to about 5 pm.
I never sit and watch the price. I just wait for alerts.

I trade 9 pairs for now.
