Error and omission excepted/excluded (E.&O.E.)
Life Trading
(exclusively Real Accounts)

Welcome to E.&O.E.!
Forextrading is extremely speculative. If you do it in the statistical significant way you will lose all your money due to the fact that 95% of all traders will lose their investments in the forex market! Maybe this E.&O.E-Trading could be something like a successful trading with major errors. I don't know. It's more an experiment which includes the LOM-Concept into the trading style. So the focus is on the LOM. What is LOM? See #2, please (e.g. extreme demonstrated practical examples, p. 92, #1366 - #1385). Read also #3, #4, #5, #36, #272, please. The target is making 20-100% per year (real account). Interested traders who do so and have this success over the last months or years are welcome to give their ideas at this board here! You could attend this trading mass if you like it – if not keep moving!

I take some restrictions to members. You should have at least five V’s. Such a restrictions have to be made to protect this thread from beginners.

Kindest regards!

Reduce the Risk with (LOM)

Allocate, diversify
- Fractionize 1 Lot Order into particles (10 x 0.1 Lot), or 10 Lot into 10 x 1 Lot sizes
- Search different entry and exit levels.
- You make more money in this way!

Price Action
Another of the greatest things we can do to reduce risk is to only take trades in the direction of the Daily trend.
Take a look at the price action moreover. Maybe you could see how short and choppy the bullish move after e.g. a hammer could be and how much longer and smoother the bearish move (in the direction of the trend) after e.g. a doji or a shooting star is. That is the type of trading “edge” that I like to have on my side,...in contrary I often trade additively the little countertrends at Scalping Level in my possessive (greedy) advanced trading style.

Forget the bullsh*t like:
"If you want to be a trader who simply makes 1 times risk on each trade, you have to win 66% of time with a risk reward of 1:1, 50% of the time with a 1:2 risk reward, and with a 1:3 risk reward your winning percentage can be as low as 33% to make a 1R profit".
Why? You don't have at every trade the same standard market conditions (different momentum & varied volatility)! There are also market opportunities where you go in the market with more lots, and there are other market environments where you go short in and short out only for several pips (see the attachment), and so on.

Initial Situation
Open Minus Orders is an absolutely normal status quo, if you trade at the forex market. The question is: How much could an account absorb a depth?

The Loss Order Management Concept is based on a ratio which depends how much you earn per day at an average.
If you make 1% per day and beyond that +5% (Total 6%), so you can have much more money of all open orders into the minus.

Maybe you love also to trade with higher risk at another account. Here you make a cash method of accounting. E.g. We are talking about a 100K Account. Say if you earn per day 5'000.-$ you could manage open orders in the minus about 50'000.-$. Oh yes you are reading correct! Ten times as much! Why! Because after 10 days you have earn 50'000.-$ so it should be easy to manage your Loss Orders around 50'000.$

The Loss Order Management (LOM) is the root cause key for a really successfull trading. You could make money with it quite alone, ...moreover with LOM you should/could make important more profit!

It's a complex order management strategy how to fulfill an order to minimize the loss orders.

Stop Loss - Yes or No?

I'm not a friend of Stop Loss. It's help more the brokers profit than your assets. I like trading an active Loss Order Management (LOS), but what I have to do is to close my account when they are in a profit zone between 50-200% cos sudden, abrupt market movements could pop up several times a year and I make more money in this way as the other way around.

What does that tell you?
If I decide as an advanced level trader not trade so much with the "Stop Loss Concept" cos I feel confident that over 98% of my Loss Orders will run in the winning zone sooner or later I could run my orders in a loss.
