EA to draw Horizontal Lines

Please I am looking for an EA to draw lines at pre-defined time and price.

Essentially, the core of what I want is the EA being able to draw specified number of lines (say 4) at open price of say weekly, daily, 4 hourly and hourly time frame. The line changes at next open for each timeframe only
