EMA-4-MTF with 10 sec TF.
Highly recommended only with EURUSD by looking at spread around 1.5

EMA-4-MTF
Trading example with only one currency EUR/USD multiple time frame.
If hedging isn't possible you've to trade with a second subaccount, if only because the 5 min chart shows up and the 10 sec chart shows up and downs.

Hi Christian,

Thank you for sharing your method. Really impressive demo account.

1. Can u show on a chart without the grid an example where an entry/exit would be with a trade?

2. From your rules... u enter and exit when the candle crosses the 9EMA, do u wait for the candle to close before determine this? AND

3. Are u trades based on the 9EMA below or above the 20EMA for direction?

4. Are u entering a trade based on all timeframes or just one timeframe that your trading on?

5. What timeframe have u experienced the best success with ( 1min, 5min..etc..)?

Thank you for answering these questions. I really would like to try this method however before i do I want to make sure i follow the rules.

Hi Fxcash

It's a pleasure for me uploading several charts before I answer your questions.

E = IN (Entry)
O = Out (Exit)

... with some co-occuring entry and exit-points (O/E)

Kindest regards

E= IN (Entry)
O = OUT (EXIT)

with some entry and exit points at the same time (O/E).

Some tools you might find extremely useful to analize when exactly the support and resistance levels occur,..,the EMA's with low period rate.

See # 9 and # 10, please. I'm also going to update chart collection every once a while.

That's right, to place sell or buy orders after candles are closed.

3. Are u trades based on the 9EMA below or above the 20EMA for direction?
9 EMA below 20EMA for bearish and 9EMA above 20EMA for bullish settings, but it might not be strictly necessary.

4. Are u entering a trade based on all timeframes or just one timeframe that your trading on?
I prefere trading shorter time frames 10 sec, 1 min, 5 min with greater deposits. When I trade 10 sec than I haven't the time to follow others more. Psychologically important might be observing the global trend, so by trading a 10 sec-strategy with global view on 30 sec, 1 min and 5 min and by following the 5 min-strategy with global trend on 15 min, 30 min and 1 h. I prefere to do this in codependence of MM.

5. What timeframe have u experienced the best success with ( 1min, 5min..etc..)?
10 sec.,..,but it's very fast and exhausting - 1 min and 5 min. There are 1 day as well in due consideration of deposits, and further with 15 min, 1h and 3h and 4h, just as well. When getting tired it's recommended to neglect the short TF trading! When you'll earn money now in the next view quarters and hours 10 sec., 1min and 5 min are the odds-on favorites.

Hi Christian, just to be clear in my own head, SHORT ENTRY EXAMPLE Does the 9ema have to be below the 20ema before we enter, or enter just after price closes below 9ema regardless of where the 20ema is, also what is the significance of the 55 & 120 ema's..

Can you please explain long entrys when 9<20<55<120 ?
From your explanation:

Short Entry: 9<20<55<120 and price cross 9ema
Long Entry: 9>20>55>120 and price cross 9ema

Short exit: price cross 9ema up
Long exit: price cross 9ema dn

But not all your entrys/exits agree with this.. can you please show one clear entry/exit and explain the others that do not agree?

Thankx you very much

Hi rebelheart

[9 EMA 9 / 20 EMA]
9 EMA entry works on any time frame, waiting untill the price bar closes above 9 EMA to enter long or below 9 EMA to go short.
EMA9 crosses EMA20 indicate confirmation that you're trading an infinite deal more with the trend, but it's not necessary, even though you could deal with it. There are no seconds doubts acting now or waiting a bit longer!

Additional note:
I places my entries often only over 9 EMA - don't wait for verified crossover - (may be doubling the entry in correct 9 EMA / 20 EMA intersection within taking MM ideas in my investment decision) holding then these Entry Sells or Entry Buys Order predominantly until 9 EMA crosses 20 EMA in inverse direction and go out to settle a balance.

Arbitrary decision: The other thing is trading betimes 10 sec. strategy with no 9 EMA / 20 EMA crossover in neglecting the intersections, but you haven't go to do that. See picture above #9.

[55 EMA / 120 EMA]
55 EMA and 120 EMA indicate more the global trend and gives psychologically speaking orientation, when EMA 9 getting vulnerable to sideways shoppy prices.

Best regards

Hi Carlos
Ideal conditions are EMA 9 < 20 < 55 < 120 and prices cross 9 ema or just the opposite one. It's more theoretically describing ideal marketsituations,..., not often implementable.
Hold on with 9 EMA/20 EMA.

Happy Trading!

Thanks Christian for showing and answering my questions. It helps clarify the entrys and exits.

Since you mentioned previously that it didn't matter much if the 20EMA is above or below the 9EMA when going Long or Short. Therefore, how do u filter or know if there is a false signal when the candle crosses the 9EMA?

Correct me if i am wrong, I believe u mentioned that one way would be to look up at the above timeframe to see where the 9EMA is (above or below 20EMA)?

I like trading on the 1min., therefore i would then refer to the 5min for direction. Is that correct?

thanks again for your help.

hi Christian,

thanks for sharing. I have a question: -
Which one templete i need to use for GJ?

ema, 9,20,55,120, #marketprice_v1_4, 3pt.tpl
or
ema, 9,20,55,120, #marketprice_v1_4.tpl

because i load yor templete at GJ, its price text show 1.6xxx ...not GJ price 143.xx.

Can u make a templete 1 min for GJ?
Is it suitable for 1 min or 1 hour for GJ this method?
