Could you specify in which TF(s) is more reliable the divergence concept?
Do you make some scalp in lower TF (5m, 15m & 1h)?

I've been playing with some divergences and for me, is pretty nice on big TF's (4h, daily, weekly...)

I like EU for a retracement. The trend is up but I am hoping for a retracement on 4 Hr. So, now that I am looking of either a lower high on 15 min or a double top. If i get that I will look for a short (eventhough is against the trend). This is just my plan and it can be wrong. Any more suggestions from other traders?

Well, I'm not just a divergence trader, I like watch PA and S/R, Euro is overvalued, I think we could see 1.50 again, sooner or later, but now, there are some clues about correction, A candle close below 1.465 and we'll see 1.44

Here is the EU 15 min. So price was rejected @ 1.4755 and it has the possibility of been a double top. Did not short this pair as I was away from my computer at the time. My next plan is to see how it behaves @ trendline or 1.4675. Maybe its the beginning of the retracement.

So it broke the 15 min trendline, it is retesting it, and I am taking a shot. I hope this divergence is for real

hey usdmaker thanks for the thread. i use divergence on my trading all the time. i use a different one called cci divergence. heres the indi. it gives an alarm when there is a divergence. its really good. try this one out.

Can we be in a retracement of gu towards 1.61? Some divergance and a posible double bottom in the 15 min chart. Watching to see how it develops.

Having traded market turns for some time, I too utilize divergence (both contra and "with trend"). Rather than relist my approach, I have provided the link for my thread in the other forum. Hopefully, it is pretty self explanatory. As always, I welcome observations, comments, etc. Perhaps I can provide some insights that might be of some value, as well as gaining some here as well.
