Having trouble with www.myfxbook.com

EDIT--Have solved this problem by restarting both apps of MT4 that I have running. This rebooting seems to freshen up the info, and it has started pulling across. THANK YOU again to Peter FM for all his help and caring


OLD STUFF: I've just set up an account at www.myfxbook.com and tried to change the settings on my MT4 so it can pull the info across to the myfxbook servers.

Journal tab on MT4 shows it is working, options --->publisher seems to be set up with correct FTP settings, but am getting Publisher: invalid FTP settings (Tools->Options->Publisher) error message on the journal tab, too.


Anyone using this successfully, who can perhaps answer a couple of questions on their FTP settings for me, please?

Thanks, but I've gone through the help file and hadn't had any luck. I've dropped a note to tech support at myfxbook.com , but I was hoping to compare FTP settings with someone who was using this service successfully.

I have changed the account and log in numbers, but assume the rest is standard.

The account is your b roker account number
FTP login is shown in the myfxbook settings page I think.
