MB Trading Futures - Introduction

I just opened a demo account with MB (in preparation of opening a live account) and can't get a chart to load in Desktop Pro. Any ideas why this would be? It shouldn't be a difficult thing to do, so its really starting to frustrate me. I tried the online chat customer service but never received a reply. Any knowledge anyone has is greatly appreciated.

BTW, I am with you kokopelli, I was getting pissed because I couldn't find this thread under Broker Discussion.

I opened a demo account a couple of weeks ago and have yet to be able to load a chart in Desktop Pro. I tried to utilize the live chat support, but never received an answer. Can you help me out? I was planning on opening a live account soon, but this isn't very encouraging.

Why is this forum no longer under Broker Discussion? Forex Factory is doing a great disservice to its readers by moving this thread.
Anyone else having problems getting credit card deposits reversed to card with the withdrawal form?

Have you tried file/new/chart yet? This platform is very impractical, clumsy and not necessary for trading compared to other platforms. If you want to learn it it does have options other platforms don't. The MT4 runs very well as they have stripped lots of annoying stuff from it.

Has to do with $$. Notice under Brokers, not even listed. Others pay, MBT doesn't.

Only part of Oanda I miss is the quick usually within hours posting of withdrawals/deposits. Where MBT can take up to 3 days unless it's a wire, and the forms needed for some withdrawals make these actions crawl. I understand the Credit Card deal but still it's like a slug moving uphill.....

Understood. To clarify, paying advertisers get to be directly in the brokers forum. But non-paying brokers are placed in the commercial forum. Is this correct? It would be nice if you could respond to these allegations recently reported in ForexMagnates.

Looks like a reporting error, although in light of recent PFG scandals and such, be careful with maintaining proper regulatory standards.

jleblang...why does MB requira a $200 deposit...If I want to add $100 (peroidic increments) I have to transfer $100 from my bal back to bank, the next day transfer the $200 ($100 + $100) back????

I don't see any downtime, my connection to the quote server had no interruptions.

Would adding spot Gold and Silver into the FX platform be an option? I don't know if you've gotten similar requests before but I would certainly trade them!
